Hi. I’m Marcela Daniela Riess.

I know how it feels to start a business online without help and without any sense of direction. I’m here to tell you that building online is not hard.

I know it’s easier said than done. Most of us, myself included, struggle at first because of lack of confidence and lack of skills. We do believe, however, that a great company and good compensation plan is all we need.
I learned the hard way that the company and comp plan are just a part of the big picture. And of course doing your due diligence and finding the right opportunity is important but that alone is not what is going to make you successful.

Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe.
